Join Us for our Spring Machine Tool Open House in Charlotte

Staying ahead of the curve is a matter of choosing the right equipment and the right partners. As leading machine tool distributors, we believe that the best way to understand a machine’s value is to see it in action. We’re pleased to invite you to our upcoming open house on April 23rd from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The event will be held at our facility located at 1100 N. Church Street in Charlotte.

This event is designed for shop owners, managers, and operators who want to see how modern CNC technology can improve their production. We’ll provide a complimentary lunch and drinks for all attendees, offering a great environment to learn, network, and discuss the future of the industry.

Live Machine Demonstrations

The highlight of the day will be our live machine demonstrations. We have selected a number of machines that represent the best in modern milling, turning, 5-axis, metrology and automation. Our technical team will be on-site to walk you through the features of each machine and answer specific questions about your production needs.

Hurco VM20i: This vertical machining center is a favorite for many shops because of its versatility. It features the Hurco WinMax control, which is widely recognized as one of the most efficient conversational controls in the industry. During the demo, you can see how quickly an operator can go from a blueprint to a finished part.

Takumi VC1052: If your shop focuses on high-speed machining or mold and die work, this this 3-axis vertical machining center is worth a look. It’s built for thermal stability and high surface finish quality. Seeing it run live will show you how its rigid design minimizes vibration during high-speed work.

Hwacheon Hi-Tech 230AL YSMC: This turning center is built for high-output environments. With its Y-axis and sub-spindle, it can handle complex parts in a single setup. This “one-hit” machining approach is a major trend among machine tool distributors because it significantly reduces labor and handling time.

Hwacheon Hi-Tech 450BL YMC: For shops that need to turn larger, heavier parts, the 450BL provides the torque and rigidity required. Its robust build ensures it can handle heavy cuts while maintaining tight tolerances over long periods.

Two additional machines will be available to demo, so please stay tuned for our announcement!

Why Do Live Demos Matter?

In manufacturing, technical specifications only tell part of the story. As machine tool distributors, we know that seeing how a machine handles a cut– hearing the spindle, watching the chip evacuation, and seeing the final surface finish– is essential for making an informed investment.

The open house allows you to compare different technologies in one place. You can see the difference between conversational and NC programming and understand how different machine architectures affect rigidity, stability, and performance on your specific types of work.

Learning from the Experts

In addition to the live demos, we will have several industry vendors on-site. Our staff will also be available to discuss broader business concerns. Whether you’re curious about the current tax incentives for equipment purchases or need advice on how to integrate a new machine into your existing workflow, we’re here to help!
